What is your minimum order quantity?
First orders start at 100 pieces per item for stock designs, and 300 pieces for custom colours or packaging. Mixed styles can be combined to reach the minimum.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Stock designs ship as samples within three working days. For custom projects we make a pre-production sample first, and sample costs are credited against your first order.
How long does production take?
Stock items ship in two to three weeks. Custom orders usually run 30 to 45 days depending on finish and quantity. Every timeline is confirmed in writing with your quote.
